U.S. Representative Marlin Stutzman Sworn In

U.S. Representative Marlin Stutzman was sworn in to office November 16, 2010 as a Member of the United States House of Representatives. Congressman Stutzman represents the 3rd congressional district of Indiana.  The district contains all of Dekalb, Kosciusko, Lagrange, Noble, Steuben, and Whitley counties; as well as parts of Allen and Elkhart counties.
